We own a small company and have used their service for over a decade. The tracking was fine, but their customer service is horrible. We have went with a different company after this company decided to discontinue service for the trackers we had. I've been trying to cancel my service for 5 days. Multiple calls and emails and it's still not cancelled and I got charged this morning. So 3 stars because their product(when they support it) is fine. But when you need an actual person they don't have it together.
