This is my third time using cover trends. I also have referred them to friends. But I love the time and energy the owner spends to ensure it's what you want and informs you of things that can be issues. This time I wanted vinyl in my house. Prompt and A+ service every time, Eli is my favorite to use for all of my flooring needs throughout not only in my personal house, but also all of my rental homes. Great deals, and great work, and so much better than the big box stores.
We hired Covertrends to do the backsplash in our kitchen. Total disaster. The first shipment of tile was “lost in shipping,” which delayed the process. Then, when they finally came to install it, they ran out of tile. Oddly, they blamed us. We had to wait for a third shipment. In the interim, they left our kitchen a total disaster without functioning outlets. In addition, they did not even have the proper hardware to get the outlets back up and running. Total disaster. Would certainly NOT recommend.
