WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!
Terrible!! During the sales pitch they promised a wonderfull and professional service.. During the installation of the cameras we already started to have some issues with the quality of the work but in the end got resolved. The main issue has been the support, we are having an issue with the system and have been trying to reach them for more than a month on a daily basis without any response.. I really hope we can get someone to fix our issue otherwise we might need to look for legal alternatives.
I cannot begin to describe how terrible the sales rep was with explaining what was the prices over the phone..
Covert Security services, inc is a very dishonest company. They wrote the contract/invoice with one type of equipment and installed something else cheaper. According to the contract/invoice, We were supposed to get a 8 channels network video recorder but instead they installed a 4 channel network video recorder. In addition, they included a 3.2 megapixel cameras except there is no 3.2 megapixels. there are 2 and 4 megapixels.
