Joey and his team always take great care of my husband and I. They had some growing pains a couple of years ago, but have since made a lot of effort to turn things around. They are responsive and friendly, and do their best to stay on the timeline provided.
Great experience, Kris was easy to deal with answered all our questions and got us through the sales processes without issue and with great suggestions.
Friendly service, but could be better at communication. I checked-in to my regular service appointment, but waited hours without an update on the status of the car. In the end, the regular maintenance appointment took more than three hours and I could have used my time better knowing how long it would take ahead of time.
first I would like to say that when I can get my vehicle in for service there, the service department is great. The problem is that you cant actually speak to a service advisor unless your car is actually being serviced. You can make an online appt and that pretty much it. you can call, get transferred to the service department, then they will transfer you to "an advisor", but it goes to voice mail and they wont return your call if you leave a message. for normal service like oil changes, no problem, make an appt, but for an... read more
