Friendly service, but could be better at communication. I checked-in to my regular service appointment, but waited hours without an update on the status of the car. In the end, the regular maintenance appointment took more than three hours and I could have used my time better knowing how long it would take ahead of time.

first I would like to say that when I can get my vehicle in for service there, the service department is great. The problem is that you cant actually speak to a service advisor unless your car is actually being serviced. You can make an online appt and that pretty much it. you can call, get transferred to the service department, then they will transfer you to "an advisor", but it goes to voice mail and they wont return your call if you leave a message. for normal service like oil changes, no problem, make an appt, but for an... read more

I've got a 2017 F-150 with the 5.0 and the 6 speed transmission. I called to get an estimate for them to drop the pan and do a drain and fill for my transmission. They originally said it would be about $250 to do the transmission. When I came back to get my truck, they said the transmission drain and fill cost $560 dollars. That's way overpriced for that job. I told them I wasn't paying that, and they reduced the price to what it should be. I'm sure they run this scam all the time. Avoid this Ford service center
