I dropped my GTI off with Don for some service and to install the hatch full of parts I had previously bought. During the week of installation, he communicated very well and the Facebook photo updates were a huge plus. He also took care of some other small issues that I hadn't asked him to at no extra charge and even washed my car when he was done with it.
