Raymond and his team were A1. We purchased the GAP and such and we never purchase finance products thinking they were gimmicks, well Raymond talked us into it and here we are two years later and they are paying off the loan under the protections of the policy/. Had Ray not talked us into it, we would of been in a bind and it would of ruined our home loan chances due to credit reporting of the balance. Thanks for than ya know Covert LLC & Team!! THANKS
PAuloma is a lil rough around the ages. I understand its a whoelsale deal, but that doesnt mean we shouldnt get retail client treatment. next time ill work with the raymond guy directly. they still earn all the stars though.
we hadn't left a review at purchase and normally only do when we have a complaint, but in this case we wanted to say my husband and I received great service after the Sale. They had sold us on a GAP plan and we never buy those finance products. We ended up using the GAP and because we had it the loan was able to be paid which is how we were able to buy an additional auto why the loan was still open. Raymond was able to use the VIN to get us a police report to get the GAP coverage moving, something we spent several attempts o... read more
