Great service and timely turn around
My experience with Chevy Covert hasn’t been pleasant and I wouldn’t recommend buying here. They use shady sales tactics to get you to buy a ton of warranties/add thousands of dollars on to your total price and make it seem like it is required when it isn’t. I did not feel like they were transparent. Luckily I caught it and got it taken off. I feel like I can’t get anybody to help me out and there is never a manager available to assist. We had an awesome experience with Covert! Angel made everything super easy from start to finish. He went out of his way to make sure the whole process was smooth—he even arranged to have our 2023 BMW M340i delivered to us, which was a huge help.
