I had to select a star but just know this dealership does not even deserve one. This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had and I have bought ten maybe 15 cars when I was married. I went in on a Sunday at 11:30 after I just lost my 2019 430 to a flash flood. The water took my car in 8 minutes. I am a single female and they 100% advantage of me in my situation. I wanted to see a new Chevy vehicle. I was told to meet a representative on the Ford side. They showed me Ford vehicles I wasn't interested in and had me drive a new vehicle to the Chevy side to see the vehicle I wanted. Then, I was told the vehicle wasn't there - even though I had an appointment to see it. I called and complained and the dealership offered to have me come back and work with a different representative.
