Terrible Experience and Deceptive Practices I recently brought my car into this service center for a simple check engine light diagnostic, and the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. They lied every step of the way, from start to finish: 1. Deceptive Scheduling: They misrepresented the timeline just to get me in the door. 2.
