Jesús was great , I came in with no vehicle and left with a rebel 2k21 no problems at all 10/10 recommend him
I have been in the dealership 5+ times for the same issue. I keep getting told that the issue is fixed or that they continue to look into it for me. I’m not sure if what I am asking for to be looked at is actually getting done since the line items on my RO do not indicate that anything was checked. As with any dealership, it is going to be a process. The team at Covert strives to take care of their customers. They do good work and stand by their word. My truck is back with them for a 2nd time and while I may be frustrated, I do realize that it's not their fault the part they replaced failed again.
