Actually 0 stars if I could. On 11/23/25 my Renegade was taken to Lia Jeep for repair. Over 5 months 8 days have expired as of today 4/30/26 – and counting - still not fixed. Thanksgiving to beyond Easter - 158 days, 3792 hours, 227,520 minutes. Only has 64,000+ miles. Everyone I tell is speechless. Can't get parts, wrong parts or jury-rigged or not needed or installed but then fried - wait weeks or months for them - then weeks or months to install but still no car. No loaner. lied to about requiring a purchase of a 5100 tire and gap warranty or i could not obtain financing with the bank .. i am a spouse of a deceased veteran They are now taking 60 days to refund the money to the original loan on the vehicle and it has now been paid off. They were not going to refund any of the prorated amount until I made a fight and yelled and screamed on phone and the email. Now they are saying it will take 30-60 days for this to happen and they were absolutely rude and liars..

Part 4: 04/06/2026 @ 2:45 pm received message that part was at the dealership. We arrived at Napleton River Oaks Dodge Jeep RAM Service department, where the vehicle was checked in, to have repairs done. 04/08/2026 @ 8:30am – messaged by Mark that the vehicle is ready. Arrive at the dealership/Service department, go to the cashier, and the young lady hands me an invoice for an oil change for $108.91, and I immediately asked for the manager. Part 3 : 04/1/2026 - Communicated with Mark Szydlo, at Napleton River Oaks Dodge Jeep RAM Service department about the dashboard showing lights on for the ABS, Parking Assistance Sensor, and Traction. These lights come on after picking up the vehicle on 03/31/2026. Mark was informed about the call received from Eddie, and that Eddie was informed about the lights showing on the dashboard. Part 2 Part 2 : The Vehicle was dropped off at Napleton River Oaks Dodge Jeep RAM Service department on 03/10/2026. After several phone calls, it was revealed that due to parts availability issues, the vehicle was there until ready for pickup on 03/27/2026 @ 6:30pm.
