Purchased a used truck, was offered every up sale from them decided to go with the extended warranty. My bank offered same warranty for 1/2 the price and now I cannot get ahold of anyone to cancel the warranty from Stealership Charlie Baldwin is an expert at ignoring calls and emails
Any time I deal with the greed of dealerships not giving out part numbers on parts they do not have in stock they deserve a 1-star rating.
Charlie is one of the best part guys. Everyone else here is trash
