My experience with this dealership was pretty good. I just bought a 2025 GMC Sierra and if you need any help or want to buy a truck you should contact Juan Carlos, he responds fast to any questions you might have and is very straightforward with everything.
Service department is awful. I’ve never received a loaner car, even though I had a week long transmission repair under warranty. Dropping a car off for an oil change is an all day event when it should be 30-45 minute at most. Additionally, I suspect they did not change my oil at least once even though they reset the oil life. The car was 2 quarts low with only 30,000 miles on it. Repairs that should have been made were not. My phone charger doesn’t work. They refused to repair. My built in google maps frequently froze.
