Thank you to Charles, Ethan and Melissa for great service at Covert! I've been coming here for service ever since I bought a used Toyota Rav4 from them and it has been seemless Everytime. Easy to set up an appointment on the website, I get text alerts throughout the process, Charles the shuttle driver is awesome. Free snacks and drinks, clean restroom in the waiting area. Friendly team, quick service. It's great!
To be clear I was not initially happy with my experience. But after having some warranty claims on my 22 Denali, my service advisor Colton made up for any frustrations initially. When I was having issues with the truck he listened, made things happen, and in the end these guys made everything right they said they would. Colton shoots it straight, has been so helpful and takes care of his customers. The truck is as good as new. Thank you!
