I bought my C8 in Austin but I just had my first service here in Hutto as it's closer to my home. The people here are great, and the customer service is excellent. They took me home and picked me up. The service manager Ruben was was polite, professional, and helpful. I'm so pleased to be part of the Covert family.
Only 1 star because the salesman was great and they delivered the car to me but I wish I would have gone in person. Bought my daughter a used Honda. All numbers were agreed with finance before delivery and I specified I need gap insurance most of all. Well they delivered the car brought me an iPad to sign no info I trusted them so I just signed away mainly my fault I know but after I got the car about a month in there were mice in there and It cost me hundreds to try to remove they couldn’t find how they were getting in some... read more
