Beware of this Place and their false advertisement online pricing(when you go in they add several thousand to the price advertised)as well as their "Aftermarkets" fees ($4000 worth)they attach to your financing without any CONSENT OR Disclosure!!!! These fees cover nonsense fees that are not aftermarket anything on your vehicle. Robert Priem made tough process much better. But overall I was not happy with the service.
My wife and I recently purchased a vehicle at Covert Hutto. We got the vehicle financed through our own bank and walked in ready to purchase a vehicle that was listed. The entire process has and still is agonizing. The was given to us 3 days after they initially stated it would be ready for us. I had to keep calling to get updates. I thought maybe it was just the salesperson we were dealing with but sadly, 2 salespeople and a sales manager later, nothing changed. Must be the business model.
