Their cover failed in about 3 months. It was either a poor product or a poor install. They refused to honor the warranty so I am taking order actions to recover the money. Don’t waste your time with a cover from Coverstar.
Used this company for 7 years without a problem. Sales guy got promoted and the new guy Cassey is horrible! Calls his customers liars and then tells us that we dont spend enough money to be important! Management doesn’t care! I will be shopping somewhere else!

Wow, these guys are great. Seth and Will came to service my pool cover which was jammed and not working. They put in extra time and thought and were able to find and fix the problem without simply replacing the motor. This save me me a lot of money and made me a loyal customer. I trust these guys!!!
