Used this company for 7 years without a problem. Sales guy got promoted and the new guy Cassey is horrible! Calls his customers liars and then tells us that we dont spend enough money to be important! Management doesn’t care! I will be shopping somewhere else!

very professional and great to work with! We’ve loved all of our covers that we’ve bought from Coverstar/Mizzou. We would definitely recommend them to others looking for pool cover service. Kaden Eli and Wilson did an amazing job! Great workers and very professional.

Wow, these guys are great. Seth and Will came to service my pool cover which was jammed and not working. They put in extra time and thought and were able to find and fix the problem without simply replacing the motor. This save me me a lot of money and made me a loyal customer. I trust these guys!!!

2 years ago I went to replace my Latham pool cover that my husband originally installed and was great for 10 years. Lantham would not sell me another but said I must use this Suntime pool that’s 1 1/2 hours from me. So I did, they installed a standard cover that was to wide for my pool and said that we had it on wrong and now I have complained for 2 years on its operation.
