5 star service! Keith, Chad, Alex, Dakota, Max and Jared got my broken down cover working in just minutes and looking better than ever! Their service can be summed up as efficient, high-quality and professional. Would recommend!
Excellent company. Always answers the phone or calls back if you leave a message. Techs are knowledgeable and efficient. Easily diagnosing issues and fixing them. They always show up on time and are done right in a quarter of the time you’d think it takes to repair. Only repairs have been from Anderson pools blowing the clutch pack out on the poor and stepping on the hot tub leading edge bar breaking it. The covers never failed on its own yet. Make sure to get the yearly service. Prevents future issues.
James R was incredibly thorough and answered all of our questions. He worked extremely hard to get our new cover just right. Seems like he needed a bigger crew but he was awesome and we really appreciate the time he spent installing our new cover.
