I’ve had a coversafe cover for over 4 years. Until recently I have not had good customer service. HOWEVER .. I could not be more pleased with Toni and her extremely detailed customer service. We were very happy with the work Chip, James G and Adam M performed on our pool cover today. Out key mechanism has been giving us trouble for quite some time and finally gave out-this also caused our cover to have issues opening. The guys showed up on time and fixed the key mechanism . Ours was 20 years old and the new mechanisms are much smaller-which would have meant to have an electrician and carpenter come out to make the new space smaller. Chip and Chad did a terrific job. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable and took time to explain the issue. The cover is now working better than ever.
