Ordered my sons iPhone case on Wednesday, even paid the extra money to have it here by next day. It’s now been 5 days and the tracking number is useless. They already have my money and I ya e no case for my sons birthday. Their customer service is a joke!! What company only allows email support?
Ordered 2 Ipad covers on a Saturday. Said that it would ship on Monday and should be received by the following Monday. After waiting until Wednesday, it said it was still processing due to high demands. After contacting coveroo via email requesting a refund, they provided me with one within 12 hrs on initial contact.
Very disappointed with quality of Disney Otterbox. It was simply a sticker affixed to the back of the otter box and they charge a premium for it.
I placed an order for a tail gate cover, in December paid for next day shipping. Was told order would ship 12/20/2017, I should have rec'd item on 12/21/2017. Today is 1/9/2018 and I still don't have the item. Was told it shipped Friday 1/5/2018 and given a tracking # for UPS however no info has been updated for that tracking number. Will never order again.
Absolutely adore my case. Received an Otterbox Symmetry with a Minnie Mouse design. It came within the time frame provided and the overall quality I am very happy with. The case is comfortable, as I would imagine with the Otterbox, and the printing on the case came out very well. Definitely will be ordering again in the future.
Terrible costumer service cheap product!!! Buyer beware!!!
Placed an order with Coveroo LAST WEEK....PAID EXTRA FOR 2 DAY DELIVERY.....STILL WAITING 9 DAYS LATER!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBERS LISTED ARE NOT EVEN "COVEROO" NUMBERS!!
