I have purchased 3 different items, all cases - 1 for my IPad, an Otterbox; and 2 for my IPhone 7 Plus, an Otterbox Symmetry and a Morphie Charging Case. Every case far exceeded my expectations! Each is extremely durable and very well constructed. The Disney graphics I chose are superb - very bright and crystal clear. I was even able to apply a coupon to my order! Taking care of issues with their products.
I just received a case for my new MacBook Pro 15." The case had my logo on it, which looked good (not pixelated) but the case itself seemed pretty flimsy and didn't seem like it would prevent any kind of damage. But the really annoying thing is that it doesn't even remotely fit! It is over 2 inches too big, which I know because I have a 17" and it's too big for that one either. So annoying. Also, there's no one to talk to via their website, because all their customer service links go to error pages. DO NOT BUY.
apparently I'm not the only one who placed and order and paid for "2 day air" shipping, only to have been given an invalid tracking number and never received the item.
