(Edit: Your response to my professional (and rather kind considering how I was treated) critique proves your immaturity. You CHOOSE to charge me a fee that you apparently did not charge others who had similar bad experiences? That sounds extremely discriminatory and crude. **Your response to my review was "be sure to use your cuticle oil?!" Maybe you need to read my review. Visited Covered Nail Bar several months ago. I came for a gel mani/pedi. The young lady (not the owner) who did my pedicure was FABULOUS. Recommended not doing gel because of how hard it is for toe nails, but said the regular nail polish would last. She was right and I have done my pedicures that way ever since. She did a wonderful job. Unfortunately, my manicure did not go as well. It looked okay and I thought all was well... read more
