REAP OFF. Bought a cover for my boat for the sum $1300. Cover did not fit the boat for which was fabricated supposedly. Sent it back to factory to be checked and soon received the same one back. Months in conversations trying to get this to work. Now they will not refund my money. THE COVER NEVER WORKED
We got a boat cover is too small. They told us to stretch it. 🤣 We returned their cover with pictures of their product along with our old cover to show the difference in size. We declined the charge. Well, they sent back the cover and sent pictures of our old boat cover to our bank. Anyway, we ended up stuck with the small cover. So, this company is not good to do business with. Run!!!
I ordered a cover for my 1993 Ski Nautique which was a valid boat to choose from to purchase a cover. While the quality of the cover seems very good, it did not fit and fully cover my boat as part of my wood swim platform is exposed. I keep my boat outside so I am concerned its going to fade / cause issues. I contacted Cover World and sent them photos which are included in my review. I ordered an over the tower cover from Cover World and when I received the cover it would not fit. It was baggy where it shouldn't be and wouldn't cover the whole boat. They advertise a fit guarantee, so I contacted them about it. After a couple of weeks of getting the run around I was told that I didn't have a fitment issue and that carver (the maker of the cover) wouldn't take the return. Order a boat cover for my Bayliner and I received a call from Jeff who helped me realize I order incorrectly. He fixed my order and I received just the right size. They were also the best value and speedy delivery. I would do business again! 5-star
