Update (one year later): Dropping to 3 stars. The cover stopped opening after a single pool season — turned out a wire from the original install hadn’t been properly secured in a wire cap. Cover Care charged $299 labor + a service call for what amounted to reconnecting a loose wire, with no troubleshooting offered over the phone (a fix I could’ve done myself if they’d walked me through it). Andrew and Leman were fantastic! They did a thorough cleaning job and even repaired a rotted timber on my roller cover with some lumber I had laying around! They scrubbed my cover, cleaned out the motor area and got everything working as if it were new again! I am beyond satisfied and so glad I have a found a company with two technicians I can rely on to keep my pool cover running smoothly over the years! Highly recommended!!

Theres a reason they are so cheap guys take some professional advice this company is cheaper because they sell the worst pool covers on the market. Several millimeters thinner than any other cover company. Rips and tears constantly even several accounts within 3 months of replacement. Cut rate motors, cut rate pulleys, and cut rate vinyl. You guys should know shame.
