I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received from CoverCare. I initially hired them to repair my pool cover, and I was clearly told—verbally—that their work would be covered under warranty as long as I kept a pump on the cover. I upheld my end of that agreement, only to have the pool cover rope break less than two months later. That alone made it obvious the repair hadn’t been done properly in the first place.
