Theae are decent apartments. Although it is hard to talk to Management because it seems they are not there during the hours thay say they are. Another thing is the residents cannot buzz people in unless they have an old noncordless phone. How do you obtain these old style phones? This needs to be updated and to be better for the residents and family visiting. Put a new system in.
I have lived here nearly 14 years. In my opinion, this is the nicest partially subsidized property in Kent county. I love the grounds and I truly believe that management and maintenance care and do a good job. We also have a great service coordinator. Some will still complain but hey - you can never fully please everyone, right? I feel very blessed to live here.
Lovely small apartments. I lived here for 8 years. Large bedroom and bathroom! The most beautiful lanscaped grounds in Grand Rapids/Walker. Just lovely with a gazebo. Private area in back to sit with nature. A wonderuful place to live if you are over 62.
