Yasar is an absolutely outstanding landlord and treats you like family! Been fortunate enough to have lived in one of the townhouses of this building complex and Yasar has been a real gem! He acts fast and takes care to make sure any issues that arise get dealt with promptly. He's well loved and for a good reason! Been a safe place to raise my family and a proud place to call home.

Absolutely amazing that there are ZERO complaints about this place. Terrible and problematic place to live. Good reviews are a total crock. Water was turned off more than it was ever on. The day I finally left, I was told by building manager that someone put draino down the toilet and it busted a pipe in the basement. The whole place stunk. Move out sheet was a CRIME. $5 per lightbulb $175.00 to clean a stove, $45 per window, (basically if you left your apartment unclean at all, they charged you the same amount as monthly re... read more
