Absolutely amazing that there are ZERO complaints about this place. Terrible and problematic place to live. Good reviews are a total crock. Water was turned off more than it was ever on. The day I finally left, I was told by building manager that someone put draino down the toilet and it busted a pipe in the basement. The whole place stunk. Move out sheet was a CRIME. $5 per lightbulb $175.00 to clean a stove, $45 per window, (basically if you left your apartment unclean at all, they charged you the same amount as monthly re... read more
Just moved into Coventry Place on 75th Ave SE in Calgary, and I already feel right at home. The building might be a bit older, but it’s very clean, quiet, and well-maintained. It’s peaceful and comfortable — exactly what I was looking for. A big shoutout to the building manager, Yasar Tipi — such a kind and helpful person! I've never felt at home until Coventry Place. I feel comfortable being myself, saying hi to my neighbors, and even making a few connections. The building is well taken care of, and maintenance is quick to help with any repairs. Although we get occasional ridiculousness from the streets, our security door and emergency services keep us safe. The building manager is basically family, always available for a fun chat, and even supports your interests! I love living here.
Amazing apartment. Wonderful landlord. Very well maintained.
