KENNEL COUGH! I just boarded my dog there for a week and she came home with kennel cough. They do not verify vaccinations properly. I spoke with someone else that boarded her 2 dogs there and had the same thing happen. I picked my dog up Friday and when they gave her to me, I heard her cough. I asked about it and they said the dog is just pulling in the leash! Such a disappointment... it was an expensive week there and even more expensive at the vet and they claim it’s not their fault! Coventry was recommended to us by a friend when our dog was in serious need of a grooming. He always comes back to us looking fantastic and happy! Pricing is also very reasonable and staff kind and accommodating.
They treat my lil girl like she is one of the clan. I can see how happy she is when she gets there. And she is exhausted when I pick her up. Love this place.
