Don’t move here please The water bills out here are higher than your light bill $257 or more even if 3 people are on the lease with that being said @1 yr old and 8 year old. The managers and companies change every 4 to 6 months everything is messed up, they don’t fix nothing!! No matter how much you ask they won’t get you the district manager name or number

Living at Coventry Park Apartments Under the new management at Coventry Park Apartments, some cosmetic changes have been made but the customer service is horrible! Apartment management never returns phone calls or emails. My hot water has been out twice in the last 30 days. There is no guest parking and all guests have to have a sticker every time someone visits you. If they don't have a sticker the car gets towed. The tow companies that patrol the lot are vultures. Coventry Square Apartments The Coventry Square apartments is a good place to live, its quite, people are friendly, the office staff is very nice and sweet and very helpful. They just gave a back to school program which was very nice for the kids. There are no break in, no one stealing cars or breaking into cars, and its mins away from my job which is nice.
