I recently moved out after being here for a year! If you are looking for a quiet location and not for a lot of money, theyn this is definitely for you. I've seen the past comments speak about pest but I didn't have a pest problem I had a no maintenance problem. The drains in my tiny bathroom were uncovered the entire time I was here. Within the first month there was heavy rain so My ceiling in bedroom #1 had a huge leak! Tried to contact maintenance and since it was a weekend that was a no go!
