Dear Coventry Homes Team, I wanted to express my disappointment with the rude and dismissive behavior of some sales representatives at North Lake and Hillside Village, except for Adam at Hillside Village, who was very and super friendly. Additionally, there has been no feedback from upper management regarding concerns raised by those who have bought Coventry Homes about the sales manager. Coventry Homes are not accommodating. Due to these experiences, I will never consider visiting a Coventry Homes model home again.
The build quality is poor, the home I was checking for my friend has not a single 2x4 stud single piece, everything is finger joined and so greedy that at some places 1 ft blocks joined together to fill the length and i seriously doubt if these homes survive beyond the honeymoon period of first 10 years. The sales guys here (Blair Dillard) are pretty rude and given the competitive environment, i would not buy home unless I am super desperate. There are tons of options everywhere!
