This builder is incredibly unethical. Warranty claims have been addressed poorly and our new home is next to one of their construction sites. They have destroyed a good portion of our natural landscaping by using our property without permission as a dumping ground, cut through for bulldozers and staging area. Despite requests to cease and address the damage, it has continued to get worse.
