Above average build quality. Nice community great neighbors. Builder leaves a bit to be desired. We have MINOR issues. Keep that in mind. Things such as a drawer breaking off, some moulding that needs painted, doors that don’t latch, towel racks that are falling off. We’ve made multiple attempts to get in touch with the builder to correct them. It’s gotten to the point where we feel like it’s almost comical at the lack of response.
