Just closed on a wonderful new home for my buyers in Pecan Square. Tanner, the construction manager, did outstanding work and my clients are thrilled....HOWEVER Coventry your title company is the worst I've dealt with ever. Horrible communication, Never spoke to a live escrow officer - even at closing. Closing was in a large conference room with 3 closings happening simultaneously...and done by a notary not an escrow officer. We closed on our Coventry home in late August 2024, at that time we were told the home would have an end-to-end warranty WHICH WAS A LIE!!! Since we closed, we’ve had multiple issues, two of the major ones are listed below: We are already noticing cracks In the pantry and master bathroom floor; the house is BRAND NEW and there are cracks WITHIN 2 MONTHS!!
