TLDR: Expensive, over-priced, rush jobs that are supposedly 'model-quality' homes that have a 1year warranty(which is like pulling teeth to get honored). My wife and I were initially excited to purchase our first home in this neighborhood. We were convinced by the salesperson of the quality, and that it would be a 'model quality' home, whatever that means... because apparently, its just a nice sales line. Terrible neighborhood. They keep citing you for violation even after you fix them. HOA is out of control.
Beautiful homes and lovely community. Neat many shops and places to dine at.
