Be careful with the builder, rush job, cheap materials and inexperienced. updated: sent an email to the provided comment and have not heard from them. I have added some photos of the house. The builder gave a whole bunch of excuses so he wouldn't have to send. people out to fix it during our walk around. The first walk was also rushed. The house is well built, all the issues I have been reporting getting fixed. Thank you, we like our new home.
Don’t buy if DR Horton is builder. They bury trash, rocks and lord knows what else n flop cheap Bermuda grass on top which won’t grow on rock.
