Probably the worst experience in my life was dealing with these crooks. Paid tens of thousands extra for upgrades, only for every single one to have defects. Construction managers are 100% incompetent. They have no Construction experience. They came out to replace a prehung exterior door, and didnt even know what shims are or how to use them! They cut the casings by hand with a circular saw! 2 inch wide casing has a gap in one corner by 1/4"! You can't even make this up! Run far away!!
