Caveat Emptor (Let the Buyer Beware)! We bought a new construction home from Coventry Homes. Each time we identified an issue that should have been covered under warranty, their warranty department's first response was always to call the problem a "maintenance issue". Their Warranty Supervisor seemed to have been trained to always reject the customer's claim without visually inspecting it.
