Customer service number doesn't work and when we did find a number that worked customer service was subpar.
refused to pay for yearly checkup as required to by law under aca. they don't care about your health.
What a joke...talk about getting the run around...we have an 8 month old claim that still hasn't been taken care of...worst customer service I've ever had...guess there is a reason this company has to close their doors...
