RecommendedLived here from 2014-2016. Loved it!
I've lived here for two years and have always had good experiences with the staff, maintenance crew, and neighborhood. The worst issue I had with my place was a leaky shower, and they came in and redid my entire bathroom while I was gone on vacation so it wouldn't inconvenience me. My roommate and I have also made use of the community garden and pool area, which are nice amenities. Also: this complex is within walking distance of Kroger, Btown International Market, and multiple bus stops that got directly to campus.
I love living here. Staff is great, grounds are well-kept, maintenance is responsive. It is always nice to know that after a long day of work or classes, I can come home to my apartment here. I think one of my favorite parts about Covenanter Hill is how quiet and peaceful it is. I will be very reluctant to move when the time comes. Keep up the good work everyone!
