My son’s therapist, Mr. Mendoza, was amazing we worked with him for almost a year before he was forced to resign due to issues within the company, which was really unfortunate. The concept behind the company is great, especially allowing therapists to do home and school visits, but the execution and lack of communication are truly disappointing.
I worked with Covenant Youth Empowerment from June 24, 2024, to May 5, 2025, and as of today, I have still NOT been paid the $875 owed to me for completed work. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this directly and professional follow-ups, payment remains outstanding. On May 20, 2025, the CEO personally acknowledged by email that he would “look into those missing payments,” yet no further action was taken. Please do not do business with this company. My son has been assigned to work with Ms.Jules and I can honestly say this lady is very inconsistent. She has contacted my son less than 5 times since September 2024 for sessions and the agreement was to conduct therapy 1-2 per week and we are still waiting for a call. She states she will contact him via zoom and never does. I'm not sure what type of agency this is and why is this agency still operating but the inconsistencies are becoming more and more frequent. If I could give 0 stars I would. I’ve been trying to get my son a counselor through this “company” (if that’s why you want to call it) since beginning OCTOBER 2023. In the beginning they took my call and ALL MY INSURANCE INFORMATION and pestered me about signing their forms so my son could get a counselor and case manager, my son met with 1 counselor and I heard from the case manager 2 times total, then the counselor moved and it’s been very little communication and the few conversations I have had 1 sound like half the empl... read more
