This company needs to be put out of business. I spoke to Jarvis because my pediatrician sent in a referral to this company. Jarvis said it would be a virtual meeting and Haley Greene would call and provide the link for the virtual meeting. Haley called on Thursday for an assessment.She then said she wasn’t the therapist because the company only had her doing assessments. My son’s therapist, Mr. Mendoza, was amazing we worked with him for almost a year before he was forced to resign due to issues within the company, which was really unfortunate. The concept behind the company is great, especially allowing therapists to do home and school visits, but the execution and lack of communication are truly disappointing.

I worked with Covenant Youth Empowerment from June 24, 2024, to May 5, 2025, and as of today, I have still NOT been paid the $875 owed to me for completed work. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this directly and professional follow-ups, payment remains outstanding. On May 20, 2025, the CEO personally acknowledged by email that he would “look into those missing payments,” yet no further action was taken.
