I hold the highest respect for dr George.! Without his teachings on how to tame the "pain dragon" I wouldn't be where I am today! The things I learned in his class were life changing! And I still apply a lot of the things he taught me in every aspect of my life! Your mind is a very powerful thing.! Be careful what u speak cuz it generally will be exactly what u get! Be positive!
