My mother in law rents here. This is a senior community, very quiet.
Terrible! They don't pay their invoices to their vendors, my company serviced them in February, Im still waiting for the check to come. If you are a vendor, I hope you read this before you provide a service to this company.
RAT INFESTED. ROACH INFESTED. This place doesnt care about its residents. My mom is suffering in her apartment because of these people and they are refusing to help her. DO NOT MOVE HERE. I will be contacting the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development to see what they say.
I will not move until I make the move to buy a house..... I'll stay because I am home and have a great management team that actually knows what they are doing and care about the tenants.
