WORST HOSPITAL EVER!!! Please tell me how your hospital is TOO FULL to give my grandfather an actual room. Instead you let him sit in the ER forever rather than moving him to a real hospital (umc) to be seen by an actual doctor!!!
I had a quadruple bypass at the age of 37 in october of 2016. Dr springer is amazing along with his head nurse. I had issues with a amle nurse being very rude hateful and just mean when no one was around. I couldnt talk for the tubes down my throat but a nurse named Keely got me something to write on. I let her k ow what was happening and i was immediately transfered to another floor. When i got to the fifth floor the male charge nurse and his team were amazing. Disrespectful people. Don't understand the word "emergency". Wait times are ridiculous and the ER parking system is a big waste of time.
People showed interest and worked to resolve problems...seems to be a good team
I went to covenant hospital emerecy and was seen by a great dr . A good staff and I was treated for my tooth ache . I think they did an excellent job and made me feel relaxed. Thank you very much
My son was there for three days and everyone was amazing to him and myself from the er to the medical floor he was on the doctors, the nurses, the cna's the maintenance people, the volunteers, they made us feel welcomed and treated us with respect I was very pleased with them
Staff is AMAZING! They have their moody ones, but that didn't bother me. What struck me was the promise 5hr wait turned into 7hr. When I finally pulled my energy to get up and ask how much longer they simply said a few more hours or so.
The staff is so caring. We traveled 3 hrs for an appointment, and was treated so well.
They gave my husband excellent Health Care they explained everything that they were doing when they were doing a procedure on him this is a wonderful Hospital if we had been able to stay in Lubbock instead of having to come to El Paso and deal with the county hospital here we would've stayed in Lubbock here in El Paso Zoo don't know when he'll be seen there go by where has the interesting case or something they wanted to sink their teeth into meantime his prescriptions going to run out and he can't go to work because he need... read more
