RecommendedVery clean and friendly staff . We had only a short day surgery the Doctor was wonderful caring and explained everything the nurses were so sweet and caring went over everything and even called to check on her. Thank y’all from the bottom of my heart for taking care of my sweet precious girl.
I had my twins here 4 Years ago and the staff was amazing ❤️ the NICU nurses were very sweet and helpful considering that I was having a really rough time they always made me feel better. I recently had my last baby there 8 months ago and the nurses and doctors and all the staff are the best I’ve ever had. I love covenant
My grandson spent 2 and half days here and everyone was so amazing with him. From the ER Nurse, to the floor nurses, his pediatric orthopedic surgeon—dr beaver, to dr beaver’s resident. They were all knowledgeable, attentive , and just had a heart for kids. I would recommend covenant childrens to anybody!! They made him so comfortable during a very difficult time. Thank you from the bottom of my heart
Excellent care and great staff
This place nearly killed my nephew with complete negligence. They are arrogant smug people when my sister told them she was worried they kindly kicked them out of the hospital. My nephew is now doing fine at northwest hospital. I also have to mention every nurse and the doctor at northwest told us they had neglected him. He was dehydrated and needed a blood transfusion after he left this poor excuse of a hospital that my sister told them he was dehydrated. This people is the most hostile ever. They treat you like you are nothing. We came all the way from out of town to see a family member in critical condition, and the 2 night nurses in PICU 2 on 7/15/19 we're very hostile with the family. I will never bring my children here.
This hospital’s staff is so warm and welcoming and loving to my baby girl when she needed them most. Such an amazing experience. Highly recommend.
their safety precautions alone are incredible! It doesn't matter what the circumstances were for my visit which range from the birth of my 1st child, visiting a loved one, or attending chemo with my mother it has always been a welcoming and positive experience!
My daughter was seen right away practically no waiting.
