The ER needs to hire some better Physicians & Staff! They send us home with meds that don't even work. Call 3 days later and prescribe a new antibiotic because the ones they 1st prescribed doesn't even kill the bacteria. Why would someone prescribe to a child a med in the first place until they got the results in hand & were 100% will kill it. Will not trust this place anymore. 😡
My son was admitted through covenant Er for appendicitis, the staff in the Er and on the pedi floor were amazing! They treated us so good, and always took care of my son like if he was their own. Thank y’all so much!! ❤️ I have to brag on his nurse Amber, she was there every step of the way and was so nice and patient with everything.

My baby girl was born 1pound 9 ounces 1-11-2020 if it wasn’t for them my baby wouldn’t be here they saved her life. I’m thankful for the nicu team,now she’s home 5 pounds and happy it was the longest 3 months of my life but they helped every step of the way they are up all day and all night for these Babies truly blessed 💕💕 little miss Andrea
My 4 year old arrived scared of everyone. He left talking about is friends and how nice they are! They were so gentle with my baby and nice! They seemed like they generally enjoyed helping people instead of it just being a job. I wish I would have taken him here first! They are wonderful! It’s a two hour drive from our house but so worth the drive to have people actually seem like they care about your child instead of just being another patient. This hospital was amazing. From the staff to the facility. My son was very sick and our local hospital could not figure out what was wrong. Covenant children’s would not stop until they found it. They were attentive and delicate with the situation and knew this was a hard time for us. I will always take my children here when needed. We had amazing doctors and nurses. My son felt comfortable and very well taken care off. 5 stars all the way!!!!!
Our daughter got the most amazing care after she was born a little early. The staff was always so kind and caring. Took care of anything we needed. Thank you for getting our baby girl back on track 💗💗
