The doctors and nurses are very kind and thoughtful. The nurses are never late with the medications, they always ask questions on how your doing, if you need anything... most of the time they walk in with a smile. it's a great hospital. thank you for good people who love to care for others.
The staff was very nice and professional, very informative, patient and very friendly.
Terrible haven't been checked on in over 3 hours while in I'm the room in severe pain. Umc is a way better hospital

I know it's a little late but I've been meaning to write this review. I was sent here from Hendricks in Abilene with pancreatitis and needing my gallbladder removed. The staff were amazing. I believe I was on the 7th floor. Some of the nurses aids could use some help but other than that everyone was awesome! I had two nurses I really favored but the otherswere awesome to. I spent a week there and seeing as I was from Abilene I didn't have visitors all the time and it could get quite lonely (when I wasn't in pain) but the sta... read more
Everything was good until this morning. Didn't offer any help to get dressed. Had surgery on my hand so getting dressed was a little difficult. Asked for ice cause my mouth was do dry...never got it. Food tray was covered in coffee. Hadn't had pain meds since 3am and when I asked if I could have some at 830..I had already been discharged. Although I couldn't leave until I ate breakfast. I had my thyroid removed yesterday and everyone is in outpatient surgery were wonderful I would recommend covenant too anyone that has too be seen by a dr or require surgery also I would like too thank Dr Thames for being a very caring dr Thank you everyone keep up the good job
I went in early in the morning so it wasn't crowded like other times. The admitting nurses were very nice and professional. I have to say that everyone as a whole were great. Very professional, efficient and courteous. Enjoyed my brief visit.
The nurses at this hospital are wonderful. They have taken care of my Dad very well, and keep us informed.
