Could not ask for better properties management, or managers. Finding a landlord that is decent, responsible, and fair is rare in any residential community. Coven-Goldman Associates is the answer to your prayers of peaceful living.
I couldn't have asked for a better landlord. They are fair and accommodating to any reasonable request. It helped also that the neighbors are quiet and friendly. There were no pests which also made me very happy. Only downside is that someone smokes and it comes through the vents. Otherwise, I wish I could take this apartment with me to my new city. Too bad I've got to move.
Coven Goldman Associates are great people to work with. They are fair and honest and look out for your interests. They really do a nice job with property management in the Cleveland area. I strongly recommend Coven Goldman Associates.
