RecommendedI moved here in December, the maintenance has been wonderful. I’m very happy with management. I love my apartment and I would recommend everyone I know to cove west apartments.
We recently moved from London to St Louis and the easiest part has been finding an apartment and dealing with the move in and that is all down to Orlandria and Kerry, they have been absolutely amazing! Orlandria knew we were keen on the building and kept us up to date on availability and really made the process as stress free as possible! The area itself is lovely and the apartment is comfortable and well appointed. Would thoroughly recommend the apartments and the staff!
I have lived at Cove West for 3 years and I haven’t had one issue or challenge that hasn’t been taken care in a timely fashion. The personnel is nice and they are very cordial. All of the maintenance people that I have come in contact with are very knowledgeable and caring. Also they do things quickly. I had a major surgery and have to wear a surgical mask to ward against infections, Carey sent someone to stretch and clean my carpet almost immediately. I am so thankful. Great place to live. Quiet and relaxing. Been here for 5 yrs. Only one thing that’s a bummer, I want new carpet. They will install new carpet but I would have to clear my apt of all my furniture. I’m on second floor and I am unable to do that.
Cove West is the first establishment that I’ve ever rented an apartment from and I’m happy that I chose this place! My roommates and I got one of the renovated apartments and it is worth it. Tracy was the agent we talked to who was very kind and inviting (not sure if she’s still here). We got a cove side view, which is really nice and relaxing. Maintenance is on top of things.
