Exactly as described in the other persons review: "everything is fine until it isn't - then they won't help make it right". Please find below my review from dealing with them at their main location in North Palm Beach: I had a GL Policy with them for years. I went to cancel when I came across a much better deal with a friend who also sells insurance. I'm told I will receive almost $500 back for overpayment of premiums. Would not recommend them. Everything is fine until there is a problem. Then they will not work to resolve it, but leave you hanging. This has happened to me 2x with this company. I spent 2 hours on the telephone todayand straightened things out with the insurance company myself.
