I've been going here for a while and love them! Dr Young is amazing and the staff is so friendly. My children have all been here for exams (ages 5-14) and they were patient and very thorough. Don't waste your time going anywhere else!
My 6 year old had a great experience there yesterday! We pick up her new glasses Friday! Everyone was wonderful from the second my husband brought her in to me coming in later to help her pick out glasses. Thank you all for making my daughters first experience with an eye exam and glasses a wonderful one!
Staff is awesome loved it. Dr is also great. Will definitely go back
This is the classiest place I've ever walked into, they have amazing people who greet you very well as soon as you walk in the door.
Didnt listen to me when i said i had a budget to follow and said i "owe them money" I had to pay out of pocket (my insurance will only pay for it once) for another eye exam somewhere else because i could not see far out of the perscription he gave me. Absolutley terrible!!
Called yesterday to make an appointment and the girl who answered the phone was so RUDE! She was condescending and made me feel like I was not worthy to be seen there because I have medicaid. Never have I been treated this way!! I will take my business elsewhere and let everyone know. Good luck if you are calling to make an appointment. RUDE RUDE RUDE!!

Dear Melissa, We value all our patients and apologize for our disappointing performance. Currently, there is a confusing situation for Medicaid patients due to to an error caused by the change in fiscal year. Many patients were automatically re-enrolled in their medical plans, but inadvertently cancelled from their vision coverage. Unfortunately this is not obvious to the covered individual, but they are not eligible until they call their plan administrator and have the error corrected.
