I made the mistake of going here with my 3 girls. Most of the people on the staff are super nice, and the doctor is very knowledgeable, but she was very pushy about not wanting my children in the exam room together. Im not going to leave my kids unattended in the lobby, and she either expected me to leave them unattended with her in the exam room, or alone in the lobby. Normally I recommend Cove Eyecare simply because Dr. Young is fabulous, knowledgeable and kind. All of my family has used this office for decades! Today her “office manager” lost her mind! Right off the bat she chastised me for not being casual chatty. I’m sorry rude lady my mom just died and I didn’t feel the need to be chatty! My kids started going to them over a year ago after a friend referred them. The staff & optometrist there is very kind and helpful. The price for an eye exam, glasses & contacts cost us less then 1 pair of glasses from another place. Thank you Cove Eye care keep doing great work.
Dr. Young and the front receptionist were so kind and patient to my nine year old. They didn’t rush him when he was trying to decide what was better and made sure that he got the best care possible. We will be coming back in the future!

I called around noon to get an appointment after my lense popped out of my frames. I was told they had open appointments every 20 minutes from 2:00 to 4:00 today. I got here at 2:40, and am still sitting in a room waiting on a doctor. No one has come to check on me or fill me in on why I have been sitting here for an hour and a half.
