i give CARPET COVE a big fat F - would not recommond this company to my worst enemy - the order date was in error - salesman error - turned out to be rush job - then - without notice it would be happening - my visa was charged without a signature - stay away from this company which should not be in the town of summit - also - the rush flooring was done by ABBOTT FLOORING - watch your step with this company - better yet - find someone else!!
These guys are not honest. We were told we would have our product by a certain date and they were over a month late, which held up our entire project and all the other crews working on our job. We still don't have our flooring...To top it all off, they were nasty and rude about it, Owner is very abrasive and unkind. Will never use them again, and will go out of my way to tell others not to use them either.
A Carpet 1 store always has GREAT SERVICE & PRODUCTS! It is required...only thebest!
I have bought carpet for our bedrooms and basement. I had nothing but great service. Prices were better than two other retailers that I had shopped. Installers were very professional and polite. Will recommend to everyone. Friends and family say rooms look gorgeous.
Store was incorrect about the cleanability of a certain rug and unhelpful when the rug got dirty.
I bought a needlepoint rug 2 years ago..a pull appeared..called them within 24 hours it was fixed...
We used Cove 20 years ago during our last renovation ( almost 3000 sq feet of carpeting) and are pleased to see that they have even more display from which to pick in their new store, also on Springfield Avenue in Summit.
