I was in Florida for a few days looking to find affordable housing. I stumbled upon this property throughout my travels. I recently spoke with Wendy Barlow regarding purchasing one of these buildings. Wendy went out of her way to take me on multiple trips and visits to two other properties. The houses are very nice and the exterior is built out of block construction which is what intrigued me the most. Beautiful community offering great deals for brand new single family homes, villas, etc. I was so impressed with all of the amenities such as the resort style pool, the gym, community club house. I was searching for my first home and I knew this was it when I arrived. Lisa Bosco was very helpful. She was always available to show me around, and answer any questions that I had. She made the process much easier. I am excited to move into my new beautifully built D.R Horton home and to meet my new neighbors.
