So far, so good. The neighborhood and neighbors are friendly. We love our home. The community pool is fantastic. There are also many places for privacy.
Great community with about 500 doors. Wonderful Clubhouse with an array of amenities. Low HOA and nicely maintained with an assortment of activities. Call if you would to discuss opportunities of ownership in this community.
Wendy Munson Barlow was our DR Horton sales rep. Wendy was very knowledgeable and worked with us throughout the entire home buying process. Even after moving both Wendy and her colleague Kristina have been very helpful. We love living in The Cove and always look forward to showing our neighborhood off to friends in hope that they will also purchase their next home in this neighborhood.
