Affordable and well maintained. Renewed apartments are really good and feels like living. Large living areas and bed rooms are very satisfying. Enough parking space and swimming pool and gym are worth the price. Management attend to any needs informed. Good place to catch the university shuttle. Recommend for grad student families and undergrad groups.
It wasn't the best place I've lived but it was the cheapest. The manager was attentive if I needed anything.
My experience here wasn't the best but it wasn't the worse. They increase the rent for a one bedroom from 550 to 600. The carpet is cheap, the interior inside the apartment is cheap, which means it damages super easily and on top of that we had roaches so we had to call the exterminator twice. Then our hot water stop working at least 3 times since we were there. And we had a leak under our sink. I just feel 600 is too much for the apartment. Plus side about the apartment is the location. Honestly the receptionist was very rude! They opened at 8 and it was only 10!! Like why was she so mean so early in the day?! When i asked to speak to the manager, she stated she was the manager. Judging by that experience my husband, daughter, and I will be taking our business else where.
I wouldn't recommend these apartments to anyone. True enough, these apartments are the cheapest regular apartments that are not income-based; however, they are still not good enough to pay that much for them. Me and my fiancé have been in these apartments since Jan 2015. Since we have been here, we have made numerous complaints. Our air has went out and all kinds of bugs such as roaches, spiders, ants, and just recently a mice were coming in the apartment through the balcony which we never open.
