Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Does the pediatrician get upset when you seek a second opinion? I trust them over any other doctor I've ever been to. I'm never unsure of their motives, and I've never doubted that they've always had my child's best interest at heart. I love that they never over-treat my child, and only do procedures that are needed. I've heard of some doctors that will prescribe expensive tests for everything, but they've never done that here. Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Somewhat, but it's still difficult to get an appointment Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? Did this pediatrician have bright, child-friendly examining rooms? Not at all. The examining rooms were dark and plain Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.

Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. They are very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. Their waiting area is conmfortable and the wait period is moderate. If you have a baby you get attended quickly. The staff on the phone is always helpful and polite. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Definitely! They would never turn away anyone in need Was this provider's office too loud?
